Our drivers go through a rigorous investigation process before they are hired.  The hiring process includes, MVR, a Doctor's physical exam, a road test, and even a criminal background check with the CBI (Colorado Bureau of Investigation).  After a driver has been cleared the two weeks training process begins.  Along with procedures and company policies, we also cover emergency handling of all vehicles.
